Final Sale Policy

Each braided wig is handcrafted with care and custom-prepared for every order. Because of the time, materials, and artistry involved in creating your wig, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Due to high order volume, please allow 5 business days for order processing and an additional 5–8 business days for turnaround time.

Fraud Protection & Order Security

At Braid Boss Beauty your security is our priority. To prevent fraud and ensure safe delivery of your luxury wigs:

✔ All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery.

✔ Orders over $300 may require ID verification to confirm the purchase was authorized.

✔ If your order is flagged for additional verification, our team will contact you by email with instructions.

Please note:

• The name on the payment method must match the name on the order.

• If your shipping address does not match your billing address, we may request additional confirmation.

• These steps protect both our customers and our brand from unauthorized transactions.
