At Braid Boss Beauty we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality braided wigs and products in a timely manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

 

 

Order Processing Time

 

• All orders require up to 5 business days for processing before production begins.
• Once processed, production of your custom braided wig takes 5–8 business days.

Shipping Method & Delivery

 

 

 

• All wigs are shipped via Priority Shipping through USPS 
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Estimated Delivery: After your order is completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days 

Signature Confirmation

 

• For security purposes and to prevent lost packages, signature may be required upon delivery for all high-value orders.

We currently [DO NOT] offer international shipping

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
• Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

•Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses 

• Once your order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
