Full payment is required at checkout.

• We accept payment via Shopify Payments

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

• Wigs are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.

• Tracking will be provided once shipped.

• Signature Confirmation: High-value orders may require signature upon delivery for fraud prevention.

• Digital products are delivered via email or download link after payment is confirmed.

• All digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• You agree not to resell, share, or distribute any digital product purchased from us.

 

• By purchasing from us, you agree to not initiate any chargeback or payment disputewithout first contacting our support team.

• Fraudulent disputes will be reported, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for financial damages.

All content, including wig designs, images, and digital products, is the property of Braid Boss Beauty You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our products without written permission.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

• Customer misuse of wigs or digital files.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to purchases.
